Alle Spenden, die von Mitte März bis Ende April auf das FFFAachen Konto eingehen, werden an FFF Zambia weitergeleitet zur Refinanzierung des Klimastreiks (3.3.23) und weiteren finanziellen Unterstützung klimaaktivistischer Arbeit an den Frontlines.
Ein Klimastreik kostet Geld. Aktivist*innen in Zambia müssen noch Rechnungen von dem globalen Klimastreik am 3.3 begleichen, doch haben selbst nicht mehr die finanziellen Mittel dazu. Darum brauchen die Aktivist*innen jetzt unsere Solidarität! Um ihre Rechnungen bezahlen zu können, und auch, um weiterhin aktiv sein zu können! Solidarität mit allen Frontline Aktivist*innen! Wir kämpfen alle gemeinsam für Klimagerechtigkeit. Daher: zeigt euch Solidarisch mit den Frontline Aktivist*innen! Spendet, wenn ihr könnt und verbreitet ihre Forderungen!
MAPA – Most Affected People and Areas by Climate Crisis – kämpfen für Klimagerechtigkeit an vorderster Front. Gleichzeitig sind sie bereits von der kolonialen Ausbeutung und der Klimakrise betroffen. Proteste können gefährlich sein und sind viel schwieriger zu organisieren. Auch die für Aktivismus notwendigen Spendengelder zu bekommen ist deutlich schwieriger, als für Aktivist*innen im globalen Norden. Sich solidarisch zu zeigen, heißt daher auch Geld zu spenden! Denn ohne finanzielle Mittel ist Aktivismus nicht möglich.
Frontline Aktivist*innen kämpfen schon seit über 500 Jahren, seit Beginn des Kolonialismus für Klimagerechtigkeit. Ihr extrem erfolgreicher und wichtiger Widerstand muss die Klimabewegung anführen! Darum ist es das Minimum, wenn wir im globalen Norden anfangen unsere finanziellen Mittel umzuverteilen und Frontline Aktivist*innen finanziell unterstützen.

,,Sambia befindet sich mitten in einer großen Schuldenkrise. Die Pandemie hat die Schulden in die Höhe getrieben, so dass nur wenig Geld für Gesundheit, Bildung und sozialen Schutz übrig bleibt. Trotzdem hat sich einer der größten Kreditgeber, der Finanzriese BlackRock, bisher geweigert, dem Land die Schulden zu erlassen oder umzuschulden.”
,,Wir kommen wieder zusammen und verstärken den Kampf, indem wir den Finanzkolonialismus Black Rock und den IWF ins Visier nehmen. Wir fordern einen Schuldenerlass, um einen gerechten Wandel zu ermöglichen.”
,,Schluss mit fossiler Finanzierung“
,,der globale Süden ist am stärksten von der Klimakrise betroffen. Die unberechtigten Schulden verschärfen dies noch. Die Länder werden gezwungen Fossile Energien zu fördern, um Zinsen für Kredite zu zahlen, die sie bereits um ein Vielfaches zurück gezahlt haben.“

Activists from Zambia urgently need financial support!
All donations received from mid-March to the end of April on the FFFAachen account will be forwarded to FFF Zambia to refinance the climate strike (3.3.23) and further financial support of climate activist work on the frontlines.
A climate strike costs money. Activists in Zambia still have to pay bills from the global climate strike on 3.3, but do not have the financial means to do so themselves. That’s why the activists need our solidarity now! To be able to pay their bills, and also to continue to be active! Solidarity with all Frontline activists! We are all fighting together for climate justice. Therefore: show solidarity with the Frontline activists! Donate if you can and spread their demands!
MAPA – Most Affected People and Areas by Climate Crisis – are fighting for climate justice on the frontline. At the same time, they are already affected by colonial exploitation and the climate crisis. Protests can be dangerous and are much more difficult to organize. Getting the donations necessary for activism is also much more difficult than for activists in the Global North. Showing solidarity therefore also means donating money! Because without financial means activism is not possible.
Frontline activists have been fighting for climate justice for over 500 years, since the beginning of colonialism. Their extremely successful and important resistance must lead the climate movement! „End Fossil Financing“
,,The Global South is the hardest hit by the climate crisis. Unwarranted debt is exacerbating this. Countries are being forced to promote fossil fuels to pay interest on loans they have already paid back many times over.“
